Interlock Repairs

Over the years, the freeze-thaw cycle can really have effect any interlock walkways or driveways. The base underneath the bricks will sometimes sink in, or the bricks will seperate or lift up. With a little bit of knowledge and experience, we are able to repair most interlocks projects and re-use your existing bricks.

Our process:

1. We start by removing the existing bricks, and keeping the same original pattern.

2. We will excavate and redo a proper base if needed

3. We level and grade the sub-base for proper drainage and to match existing bricks that do not need repairs.

4. We compact the sub base, adding more gravel, checking the level and heights, until we arrived 1/4" to 1/2" lower.

5. We add 1/4" to 1/2" of stone dust, which is then level and graded once again.

6. We re-install the existing bricks by keeping the same original pattern.
